Terms & Condition

❤ First PAY first serve basis.

❤ Only serious buyer ; no back outs or exchange after confirmation or else you will be blacklisted.

❤ Shipping fee is not included. Confirmation mail will send out to inform the transport charges to be paid.

❤ Goods are NOT Refundable & Exchangeable.

❤ Buy at your own risk.

❤ Once you have received your item, kindly send an email notify.

❤ All photographs are taken at close proximity (variation in colors may occur due to different display settings). Original color might be slightly different from picture due to the computer monitor setting.

❤ Bank account number will be send to you once the confirmation have been made.

❤ We only accept order form will full information.

❤ Tracking number will be sent once items have been post out. Any money changes will be post with your parcel together.

❤ 顾客下单后，请在四天内汇款，如逾期汇款，订单将会被取消。

❤ 每样商品的价格都不包括运费。运费会和确认订单一起通知顾客。顾客都必须自付运费。

❤ 货物寄出，恕不退还或更换。一律不接受以颜色不喜欢，色差，没有想像中漂亮，穿着不舒服，人为造成的瑕疵，做工质量不好，布料薄，没有图片中的漂亮，洗后褪色，好透明，太大或者太小等主观理由进行调换。

❤ 汇款后，如要取消订单，汇款不会被退还。请顾客们做好决定才下单。如顾客选的商品没货了，将会退还100％的款额或累计余款给下一次的订单。

❤ 商品的颜色可能会略有不同货品，因为每个电脑显示器显示的颜色都不同。颜色以实物为准哦~

Step 1: See something you like?

Step 2 : Fill in the form below. List your item clearly.

Step 3: Wait for our reply!

Step 4: Bank in payment to Maybank or CIMB (Account number will be given once we receive your mail ) Within 5 days, if not order will be canceled.

Step 5: Please send us a notification after payment done.You can do so by sending us an email to shopaholic1028@hotamil.com PLEASE INCLUDE THE REFERENCE SLIP to avoid any confusion~

Step 6: We will send you the tracking no. after your item has been send out.

POSTAGE

Pos Ekspress
RM4 (Maximum 4 pairs only)
*1~3 days reach, no need signature.

Poslaju [Peninsular Malaysia]
First 10 pairs RM8, following every 10 pairs add RM2.
First 50 pairs RM20, following every 10 pairs add RM2.
*1 day reach, need signature.

Poslaju [Sabah & Sarawak]
First 10 pairs RM10, following every 10 pairs add RM3.
First 50 pairs RM30, following every 10 pairs add RM3.

PRE-ORDER
1. Pre-order close on every month 25th, please place your order by the date if you wish to join our pre-order.
2. Stock will need around 2 weeks to arrive from Korea after the closing date.
3. Our pre-order procedure was as below:

Place order to Korea → Korea take 1 week to prepare stock →
Korea ship out the stock → Take 4 days to arrive Malaysia

4. After the stock arrived Malaysia, we will post it out within 3
working days after arrange and packing.
5. Please make ur payment before the closing date, otherwise we will cancel your order automatically without any notice.
6. All items price was not included the delivery fee.
7. May out of stock for some model and degree, buyers can choose either refund or wait for replacement.
8. We are not responsible on any missing or spoil of lens caused in the delivery process.
9. Please prefer ready stock, if you are unable to wait for pre-order.

READY STOCK
1. Ready stock means the stock already in our hand, and no need to wait order from Korea.
2. No closing date for ready stock, buyers can order it any time when needed.
3. We will post out your ready stock within 2 working days after payment.
4. Not all model and degree available in ready stock, please confirm with us fisrt before you make your payment.
5. Ready stocks are limited and no reservation, ready stock order only confirm after payment.
6. All ready stocks price already included delivery fee.
